Spring Rolls Chicken and vegetable spring roll served with sweet and sour sauce

Lemon Pot Stickers Steamed or pan seared chicken pot stickers served with a sesame ginger garlic ponzu sauce

Wings Dozen wings – your choice of teriyaki, barbecue or buffalo style served with blue cheese and vegetable crudités

Mountain O’ Nachos Tri-colored tortilla chips topped three cheese blend, jalapeños, tomatoes, black olives and onions accompanied by salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Chicken or beef available. 

Calamari Calamari dusted in seasoned flour and lightly fried until golden brown. Served with traditional marinara sauce

Sliders Three mini-cheeseburgers on Hawaiian sweet rolls

Coconut Shrimp Hand made coconut shrimp served with a pineapple mango dipping sauce

Steamers A dozen steamers served in a traditional white wine, lemon, and garlic butter broth

Portobello Mushroom Salad Marinated Grilled Portobello mushroom topped with brie cheese and prosciutto and served on a bed of greens topped with a warm balsamic vinaigrette

Pear, Walnut and Blue Cheese Salad Maple and cinnamon poached pears on top of greens topped with candied walnuts, blue cheese crumbles and apple cider vinaigrette
