The Hidden Valley Club

Donation Requests

The Hidden Valley Club welcomes the opportunity to help support those in our local community doing good works. All donation requests must be submitted in writtenform, on official letterhead and include the organizations "tax exempt number'' or TIN. Please provide us with the details of the event, including the date it is scheduled for.

Letters should be mailed to The Hidden Valley Club  attn: Donation Request at PO Box 433,Vernon, NJ, 07462 or faxed to 973-764-3313. Please do not submit e-mail or phone inquiries; requests will not be considered unless received in written form at least 60 days prior to the event. You will be notified in writing 30 days before your event if your request has been granted. Due to the volume of requests we receive, we cannot reply to each one that is declined.

 

Saturday Community Nights

To make an even bigger impact on your organizations bottom line, we'll host your fundraiser at the resort on a Saturday night during the ski season! All you have to do is schedule a night and spread the word; we'll donate 20% of the lift ticket and rental equipment sales to the organization or charity of your choice.
